How will shipping charges be applied?
Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders placed through the Company Merch store. For Bulk Orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on order volume and delivery location, and will be invoiced separately to your department. All items ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Individual orders from the Company Merch store typically ship within 3-5 business days. Bulk Orders require 7-10 business days for processing due to volume. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that during high-volume periods (such as new hire seasons), processing times may extend slightly.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Apparel must be in original condition. Please initiate your return through your order confirmation email, and our team will provide a prepaid shipping label. Bulk Orders and customized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
